The three pie charts provide information about the average consumption of Animal Food, Nuts and Seeds, Processed Food, as well as Vegetables and Fruits in the world compared to two other countries, China and India in 2008. Overall, Processed Food were the most consumed in the world and also in two other countries.
Processed Food had the largest proporsition in the world by 41%, followed by China with 34%, and India with 39% consumer. Vegetables and Fruits stood at second place in the world and in China, at 29% and 32%, respectively. In contrast, in India, Animal Food were on the second place with percentage at 27%.
However, Nuts and Seeds had the lowest figures in the world and in India with 4% and 11%, respectively. Meanwhile, in China, Nuts and Seeds were on the third position with 19% and Animal Food were the smallest proportion of food that was consumed by chinese.
