The pie graphs shows that the typical percentage in normal meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be harmful to the health system if consumed too much.
Generally, it seems that breakfast is the healthiest of the eating times of a day. In other words sodium, citrated fat and sugar are consumed at the least percentage at breakfast.
At snacks time, the large portion of added sugar is eaten which is 42%, while ,at this time, conception of sodium is at the bottom level. The medium portion of all three nutrients, which are eaten during a day, belongs to lunch time.
Dinner time is considered as the top point of eating these nutrients whereas breakfast is seen at the bottom. Approximately 2/5 of sodium and citrated fat is eaten by individuals at dinner, but sugar is consumed at just under a quarter. However, for all three nutrients the percentage of conception at breakfast are almost 15%.
By contrast dinner is by far the most unhealthy part of the day as opposite to breakfast, which is the least popular for eating these nutrients.
