For lunch The consumption is 26% and for snacks it’s 21%. The consumption of added sugar starts in the morning with only 16%. It increases by 3% by lunch. However, a drastic increase of 42% is seen during snacks time. Then sudden sugar rush is compensated during dinner with 23% consumption.
Hence, the excessive intake of sodium fat and sugar during dinner and snacks to leave a harmful impact on health.
