On the other hand, the breakfast and snacks use the lowest sodium with the same percentage 14%, moreover, the breakfast consumes the lowest amount of saturated fats by 16%. However, lunch does not consume the highest or the lowest nutrients among the meals, actually it uses the suitable amount of nutrients.
While the added sugars is highly consumed in snacks, nevertheless, the breakfast uses the added sugar the least.
In conclusion, the breakfast consume the least nutrients compared to the other typical meals, and this means that breakfast is the healthiest meal, while dinner use nearly the highest amount of nutrients.
