1. The pie charts below compares the three computer operating systems based on the global market ratio over a four-year period, starting from 2012 to 2015.
Looking at the illustration, it is immediately evident that Os 1 recorded the highest figure in most years, whereas the opposite was true for Os 3. Additionally, most computer operating systems surveyed showed an overall upward except for Os 3 and Other in the year of light changes.
In the 2012 the percentage of Other dominated the chart at 48%, which was 28% higher than of Os 1. Os 2 ranked third at 17%, while Os 3 came in last at 15%. By around 2013, Os 1 had overtaken Other to be the most 38% out of four.
In 2015, despite some fluctuations Os 1 continued to register the biggest figure in the chart. An opposite pattern could be seen in the figure for Os 2 and Os 3 there were slight changes of 18% and 15% respectively. Meanwhile, the Others
there was a sharp decline to 15%.
