The given charts show the reasons for students to study of different age groups and how much support can they receive from their employer.
It’s clear that the percentage of students learning for career shows a decline with students get older, while the portation of students learning due to thier own interest have a steadly increasement. And employers’ support to students bascally shows a decreasement with employees aging.
For age group that are under 26, their study show a strong relationship with thier future career , the porpotion of which can up to about 80%. But with thier age increasing , their reasons for studying also have a smooth change. There are fewer people study for career but more study for interest , the perpotion come to roughly equal at the point of age group that are between 40 to 49. And eventually, study for interest become the domainent reason for students to learn at the age group of over 49 ,which can take up 70%.
As for the employers support regarding to students age, the peak appear at the age gruop that are under 26 ,where about 65% of their employers would like to support them by offering time off or helping with fees.This willing shows a decreaement while employers get older ,but have a slightly increasement when the age group of employers are over 40.
