To begin with, according to chart, purpose of study was follow opposite trends with increasing age. youngster students(under 26) aprox 80% of them studying for better carrer and only 10% for interest. 65% students from age group 26-27 studying for future oportunities and 15% them for curiosity. 55% students from age group 30-39 studing for carrer and 30% of them following their passion to study. In the age group 40 to 49, 40% individuals chose study for both reasons. Older peoples(over 49) aprox 70% prefer to studing for engrossment, only 15% of them studying for career. Employees who are under 26, almost 70% of them supporting to students with time off and help with fees. 50% from age 26 to 29 and 40% from age 30 to 39 helping them to pay fees. aprox 41% from age 40 to 49 and 50% from over 49 also supporting students for their study.
