First of all, in 1985 the number of Japanese travelling outside their country was more or less 5 million. In the chart, we can see the costant incrementation along the years. For example, 5 years after, the amount of Japanese travellers doubled, reaching 11 million. In some years this .. had some little breaks but overall the rise continue and in 1995 the total of Japanese travellers was more than 15 million.

While, in the othe graph we can see the percentage of this milion tourist that refers to Australia. In 1885 only the 2% of the 5 million Japanes tourists goes to Australia.
