The bar charts provide information about how a bus company accomplishes their duty between two subjects in actual and target regarding their timekeeping and the proportion of complaints. Units are measured in percent for the first chart and in thousand for the second chart.
Overall, the percentage of target is relatively higher than the actual bus service, and it shows a fluctuating increase in the number of complaints.
According to the first chart, there is a similarity in the overall trend between the actual and target punctuality. However, the target percentages are consistently higher than the actual figures. In 1999 and 2000, the target punctuality had the same percentage, counted at 86%, which was the highest demand in contrast with actual services, which counted at 85% and 82%, consequently. 85% was accounted for target percentage in 2001 and 2002, in contrast with actual percentage at 84.5% and 84%, counted separately.
Regarding the proportion of passenger’s complains, it reached the highest point in 2003 at 120. The least number had seen in 1990, accounting for about 70. Three other years (2000, 2001, and 2002) were had almost the same number of complaints, counted at 100, 85, and 110, sequently.
