The two pie charts below illustratte the percentages of British students at one university in England who managed to speak other languages in addition to English,in 2010 and 2010.
Overall,it is clear that the proportions of students who were able to speak only English,another language(not specified),and two other(not specified languages) had increased gradually ,while the indices of students speaking only French and Spanish declined .However,the index of students speaking only German remained unchanged over the given period.
With regards to the proportions of students who were able to speak English,one or two other (not specified languages),all these indices formed 30%,15%,and 10% ,respectively,at the beginning .Further,all these aformentioned indices rose slightly by 5%.
Turning to the percentages of students speaking only Spanish and French,the former stood at 20%,whereas the latter less by 5%.Further,both the indices declined noticeably to 10%,while the proportions of students who managed to speak German maintained the same level and was accounted for 10%.
