The pie charts illustrate student sentiment regarding the services of a university library in the form of a survey.
Overall, full-time students are significantly more satisfied with Library’s IT support than their part-time counterparts, and that full-time attendants express a proportionally more positive opinion of the library’s current opening hours, though to a lesser degree.
Starting with IT support provided by the library, over a half of full-time students are very happy with the service, and nearly a third consider it to be adequate. This leaves around 13% of individuals who do not find the service to be of any help. Over at the cohort of part-time students, there is a noticeable contrast as merely a fifth of survey respondents are most satisfied, where nearly half of them do not find the library service helpful.
At the same time, two-third of full-time students are highly content with current opening hours. Of the remaining third, opinions towards this aspect are positively and only 2% of users are not happy with the service at all. 72% of part-time students, meanwhile, are happiest with the opening hours, which is proportionally higher than full-time group. Nearly a quarter of all part-time respondents are quite satisfied, so the lowest figure in this group belongs to those who consider the service unhelpful, at 5%.
