Overall, at a fleeting glance, it is lucidly visible that, majority of full-time and part-time learners were satisfied with library opening hours, whilst almost half of part-time student were not satisfied with IT support and full-time learners mostly enjoy IT support.
Analysing the charts, part-time students where very satisfied with the library opening hours, almost three-quarter, only 23% had an average opinion and remaining tiny proportion (5%) completely disagree. In opposes to this 67% full-time student were very satisfied but only 1% was not happy, remaining one-third had a neutral opinion.
Moving further, almost 33% of student, who were not completely satisfied with IT support in both the section. Conversely, the highest proportion (45%) of part-time student not at all happy with IT support, whereas 55% full-time students very happy, followed by 20% part-time student very happy. Lastly, 13% of full time learners not happy with IT service.
