Both of diagrams below illustrate the questionnaire results of education for adults. The bar chart depicts an information related to the root cause of adults want to be educated. Then, another chart illustrates the belief of payment division for adult education.
The poll indicates that most of adults decide to study because of their enthusiasm for certain subjects and self-enrichment for starting career, making up about 78%. In addition, approximately 40% of respondents have desired to study for their existing job and ambitious for a promotion. Whereas only few people who want to enrol for adult education due to networking. This motivation only takes about 9% of all respondents.
On the other hand, when adults tend to enrol for a program, they believe that the cost of that must be divided into three parts: 40% should be paid by individuals, nearly one-third by employers, and a quarter of the total by taxpayers.
To sum up, adults go to study because they have passionate in the subjects not because they want to meet people, and the group of people who needs to pay highest cost of each course is individuals.
