In addition, to gain qualifications is the second dominant on the graph, just lesser 2% than interest in subject. Other reasons such as enjoy learning/studying, to imporve prospects of promotion, helpful for current job share the similar patterns. In contrast, to meet people account for the lowest part of education reasons, just hitting the low of 9%.
Turning to the pie chart, the main part of the cost should be shared between individual and employer, 40% and 35%, respectively. Moreover, the rest of the cost could be shared with taxpayer (25%).
