Overall, the highest proportion of jobs is held by white people while the lowest ratio is of foreigners. Furthermore, there are three other races in competition, Africans, coloured and Indians. The report demonstrates that whites are holding the control meanwhile the other groups do no occupy half of the top jobs even when counted collectively.
