The pie chart compares the race and ethnicity for the top manageral jobs at different workplaces in South Africa based on a report of 2015/16.
Overall, it can be seen that most of managements jobs were occupied by white people and followed by African national. Foreign nationals were abled to secured least number of jobs.
Almost 68.9% of white people were at the management level at their workplaces. This was substantially higher proportion in compared with African. 14.3% of African were in this race.
Furthermore, about of 8.6% people that were at manageral jobs in South Africa were Indian. Subsequently, this was the third most highest race. Coloured and foreign national were the lowest rank races. Both contributed less than 5% of overall share. About 4.7% of people were belonged to the coloured national. Similarly, 3.5% of foreign nationals were occupied the management jobs, exhibiting the least proportion of overall share.
