According to the data, it is noticeable that sodium, saturated fat, and sugar get similar percentage in breakfast more than 13 percent. While at the brunch time, all nutrients depict a large percentage more than 18 percent. The average of all lunch nutrients are higher than breakfast.
In addition, we can see that sugar get the highest percentage in snacks time, almost 45%. Futhermore, sodium illustrates 43% in dinner while saturated fat presents less than 40%. On the other hand, it is noticeable that the lowest percentage is come from sodium at breakfast and snacks time, it shows 14%.
