Overall, it is evident that opinions on the school room facilities were almost similar for both undergraduates and postgraduates. In contrast, viewpoints on the cafeteria of university and school facilities were markedly different.
Delving into the data for school rooms, the percentage of students having positive opinions about school rooms was high for both undergraduates and postgraduates, accounting for 62% and 63% respectively. Meanwhile, the dissatisfaction level were almost similar for both, around a quarter, undergraduates (25%) and postgraduates (23%). The proportion of students who were quite satisfied accounted for just over one-tenth in both groups (13% and 14% respectively).
Regarding the data set for the university cafeteria, postgraduate students were significantly more satisfied (73%) than undergraduate students (52%). However, the proportion of dissatisfied students was higher (26%) in undergraduates than the postgraduates (11%). The percentage of students who were quite satisfied about the cafeteria accounted for 22% for undergraduates and 16% for postgraduates.
Finally, data for school facilities, the highest number of undergraduates was very satisfied (85%), where this figure was almost half for postgraduate students (43%). The percentage of quite satisfied students was 14% for undergraduates and 32% for postgraduates. But on the other hand, dissatisfaction was minimal (1%) among undergraduates compared to 25% of postgraduates.
