The pie charts compare the satisfaction rate of students with different university facilities in the UK in 2007.
Overall, the percentage of postgraduate students who were happy with a caffeteria and school rooms in the university was higher than that of undergraduate students, while the opposite was true for the satisfaction rate in terms of school facilities. Notably, both undergraduate and postgraduate students showed similar result in the proportion of satisfaction with school rooms.
As for school rooms, 62% of undergraduate students were very satisfied with school rooms, while 25 %of these students were not happy with this facility and the rest of the students (13%) were quite satisfied. Similarly, postgraduate students also showed almost the same result.
Turning to university caffeteria, satisfaction rate with this facility was higher at 72% among postgraduates, while 52% of undergraduates were happy with that. Quite satisfied and dissatisfied postgraduates made up 16% and 11%, whereas the figure for undergraduates was slightly higher at 22% and 26%, respectively.
The percentage of undergraduate students who were satisfied with school facilities was nearly two times higher, at 85% rather that that of postgraduates, showing. 14% of undergraduates were quite happy with this facility, while other 1% was not satisfied. However, the figures for postgraduates who were quite satisfied were at 32% and the other 25% was not happy with this facility.
