Overall, it is noticeable that proportion of time spent on games was the highest among the smartphones and tablets, whereas lowest time was devoted to news and utilities among the two gadgets.
According to the details, 57% of people used tablets for games in contrast to only 37% in case of smartphones. Surprisingly, social networking comprised of 29% in smartphones which is by far greater than from tablets. Conversely, in terms of news both the devices accounted for almost similar percentages and stood at 3% and 4%.
Turning to further details, despite 13% of the actual time was given for watching music and video in tablets , only 8% is allotted to smartphones in the same category. On the other hand, utilities had taken moderate ratio in the smartphones by 18%. Interestingly, 5% and 3% was spent on the other activities in the smartphones and tablets.
