The line graph illustrates the number of people using the internet by 7 years, on the other hand the pie chart shows the percentage of internet users in the world 2003.
Overall, it can be seen that in line chart every year rose up and the internet users were more than half USA and Canada.
Firstly, in line graph shows every year increased. The line chart started with 26 millions people and finished with 580 millions people. However it didn’t rise with same way. For instance internet users from 1999 to 2000 sharply increased, but from 1995 to 1996 slightly increased. The five years after 1995 dramatically increased.
Secondly, the pie chart shows the percent of internet usage in some countries. Firstly more than a half users internet USA and Canada in 2003. Secondly 24 percent of users in Europe and 15 percent of users in Asia and Pacific. Finally 6 percent of users in south America and 1 percent of users in Africa.
