In contrast, the figure for cherry jam sold fluctuated throughout the period, rising from 1.8 million units in 2009 to 3.2 million units in 2012, before falling to 2.8 million units in 2014. Plum jam sales experienced a steady downward trend, falling from 2.5 million units in 2009 to zero by 2014, becoming the least popular jam type.
