Dear Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to you regarding the special training that my company management is planning to provide to our staff . To hold this training we need a adequate amount of space for staff. I am hoping if your conference hall have certain features so that we can do the planning there.

The program is about increasing the certain skills of employees. Along with providing them some mental healthcare tips. The training is going to held on 20th of this month .About 200 people are going to participate in this. There is going to be two guest speakers. The timing for the program is 10 Am to 6 Pm.

We need about 200-250 chairs for seating. A speaker and microphone for guest speaker. We need some long tables to as we are providing refreshments to staff to encourage them.

I want to enquire if there is adequate space in the hall to plan such a big event. And is there water and air cooling facilities. Our some staff has special needs , so is there wheelchair accessible parking?

I hope i will hear back from you as soon as possible .So that we can enough time to do the arrangements.
