Overall, in 1999 there was the smallest proportion of satisfaction, but in 2007 this one is increased.
In 1999, there was the smallest percentage of passengers who was satisfied with the job the nation’s major airlines are doing, it made up 65 percent similarly there was the highest percentage of dissatisfied travellers it accounted for 32%. In 2002, the proportion of satisfied people was in 69% while the dissatisfied passengers matched 29%. It followed by 2007, there was the highest percentage of satisfaction it equaled 72% when the dissatisfaction was in 24%.
In 1999, the satisfaction with specific aspects of the flying experience was the smallest one. Courtesy of flight attendants made up 88% and courtesy of checking-in was in 87% whereas price of tickets equaled 45%, schedules accounted for 75%. However, there was none of satisfaction with comfort of seats. In 2000, the satisfaction with flight attendants and the check-in agents were increased by 2% whereas another two were raised by 4%. Nevertheless, the comfort of seats was stable. Similarly, in 2007 the courtesy of flight is increased by 2%. Compared to gate agents and price of tickets there was rise by 6-9%. Although the schedules were stable, the satisfaction with comfort of seats matched 47%.
