Overall, the satisfaction of customers about airlines crew increased steadily through each statistical year. Conversely, the dissatisfaction fell down steadily over this period.
The diagram shows that the percentage of satisfied customers rose from 65% in 1999 to 69% in 2000 and jumped to 72% in the last year of the period, 2007. On the other hand, there was a downward trend for unpleasured individuals and it seems to be an objective sign for the airline. It began with 32% and declined through each year 2000,2007 with 29% and 24% respectively.
The table provides more details about specific information on aspects of their flying experience. In 1999, the politeness of flight attendants was evaluated to be the highest, 88%, then agents at gate or check-in area with 87% and flight schedules was 75%. Whereas, the price of ticket service accounted for 45% and the comfort for seats were not recorded. After 8 years, the first rank remained stable with the flight crew with 92%, check in or gate staff was 88% and schedules was 79%. Satisfaction with the price of airfares was 65% and comfortable seating was 47%.
