Overall, there are several steps involved which continues as a loop. The process will begins with collection and ends with melting and reshaping to new product.

At first, the plastics and glasses are collected in the recycling bin within every 3-8 weeks. After 5-10 days, they are transported to the recycling center where the glasses are sorted based on the colour, while plastics are sorted by thickness and quality.

The glasses are then crushed using a crusher, then washed and melted in a melting furnace. The melted glasses are reshaped in a separate machine.

On the other hand, the plastics are bundled which then followed by numerous steps to undergo shredding and washing. The washed plastics are then melted and reshaped in the same machine. Finally both glasses and plastics are made into new product. It will start again with collection and recures.
