To begin with, the island was previously used as a research station before remodeling. There were plenty of trees at the central past of island along with a natural spring and beach. The island was previously accessed by only small boats but now the pier has been extended so that large ships can be docked. The scientific research station was demolished and was replaced by a hotel complex with a swimming pool along side. A cycle path now encircles the whole island connecting diferent facilities. An open restaurant have been added along with a barbeque area at the central part of the island. additionally, a cafe have been added near the natural springs.
Finally, people can now enjoy swimming at the beach and have a scenic outlook through the rocks.
