The illustration demonstrates how cans of vegetables are manufactured.
Overall, there are nine main steps involved in this process, commencing with the manual sortation and preparation, followed by the intervention of various machines, and ending the process with the labelling.
The first four steps involve the transformation of the raw substance. Initially, vegetables are sorted and prepared manually. After this, the chosen vegetables undergo a cooking process, with the addition of salt and pepper. Once they are cooked, they will be conveyed into a heating machine with ultra-high temperature. Subsequently, they are moved into another machine to be cooled rapidly, ready for the next stage.
The remaining steps aim to produce the final products. Before pouring the soup into the cans, such cans have to undergo stenlising and steaming process. In the following step, once the cans are filled with soup, they are closed and washed mechanically. In the last step of this sequence, cans are labelled carefully, ready for consumption.
