The picture illustrates how chipboard is made from wood before being used to produce furniture.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the process consists of two primary stages, including preparation stage, which involves to cutting and solving the wood, and production where the material is converted into chipboard and stored, before being manufactured into furniture.
In the preparation stage, trees are cutted and trimmed to take logs. These logs are subsequently turned into wood chips and dried with hot air and steam for 24 hours. After which they experience a storage step ranging from 1 to 4 weeks prior to moving to the next stage.
In terms of production process, after storing for a few weeks, these wood chips are poured into a large tank and mixed with glue and wax. Subsequently, this mixture is transported to a mould to shape them. Afterward, it is pressed into chipboard and started manufacturing furniture to practical use.
