The provided illustration gives detailed information about the process of producing chipboard from the supply of wood and its beneficial use in housing equipment.
In general, it is evident that the production consists of two main procedures: commencing with the preparation of chipboards, made by wood supply; and ending with the manufacture of these products.
Looking at the preparation process, lines of trees are initially cut before trimmed into logs. In the next step, these logs undergo the crushing procedures in the machine, eventually becoming wood chips. Subsequently, these wood chips are dried for 24 hours in a steam, while hot air emits in the atmosphere. In the following stage, these dried chips are kept in storage for one to four weeks.
In terms of the production stage, the chips are mixed with glue and wax, before being shaped into tables by moulds. Following this shaping procedure, these are pressed in order to produce chipboard. Ultimately, the chipboards are utilized to make furniture.
