This diagram showcases the production process of ethanol fuel from regular corn
Overall, it contains a diverse range of procuders that are followed step-by-step. The process itself is requiring machinery equipment and is cycling. Also, for the production like this it is necessary to be profound in specific areas so an amateur cannot operate this type of tasks.
It all starts with a regular corn which is stored and then is milled. The process that comes after is more crucial because it consists of cooking for 4 hours, fermenting for 48 hours and , finally separating. It is completed when after separation the liquid is added and then, purifying ethanol is stored and transported afterwards. In between after separating process the solid by-product occurs but never used since.
