Given is the diagram illustrating the process of generating ethanol from corn. Overall, the entire process include total nine steps, starting with harvesting corns and ending with transfering to gas stations.
In the initial phases, harvested corns are transported to warehouse where they are milled mechanically. Afterwards, they are cooked with additional water in the standard timelength of 4 hours. The cooked corns undergo fermenting stage which they are fermented during 48 hours.
Moving to the seperating stage, after being fermented, the mixture is seperated into two different forms : liquid which is also the form of ethanol and the solid one is sold for by-product. Turning to the following step, ethanol is then purified both manually and mechanically with the support of modern machine systems during 5 hours. The products are then stored in different cans, and gotten up on delivering trucks which transport ready-on-use product to gas stations.
