The process consists of nine different steps, beginning with the collection of fresh corn and ending with the distribution of the end product. Furthermore, corn needs undergoing transformation in terms of texture and form before it is turned into fuel.
The first stage is when corn is kept in the storage area for durable preservation before being crushed into smaller pieces by the grinders. During the cooking step, clean water is added and fastened to the process for 4 hours continuously. After the product is stored fermenting in two days the following stage is to separate the solid by-product and the corn liquid.
After that, the liquefied corn compound is purified to transfer into ethanol in 5 hours. Ultimately, it is well-kept in storage and afterward transported by trunks into gas stations for customers’ usage of energy.
