The figure demonstrates the production of ethanol fuel from corn.
Overall, it shows that it takes upto several hours in two phases during the whole process. First, when corn passes through the milling phase it will then cook for over 4 hours by using water. Second, through the fermentation process which takes upto 48 hours to be cultred. After that it will then separated by the solid-by-product in a liquid form for further segmentations.
The process of production starts from corn which is the main ingrediant of ethanol fuel. It passes through the stage of storing then milling and by using water miled corn then cooked upto 4 hours. After the cookig phase it takes 48 hours for aging (fermenting) which then segregated in a liquid form through solid-by-product. The liquid then take 5 hours for purifying ethanol. When time passes, purified ethanol is ready for the storage and transportation.
