Depicted in the diagram is the production of ethanol fuel from corn.
Overall, the procedure comprises 9 distinct steps, starting with the corn storage and ending with the transportation of the final product.
Regarding the first stage of producing ethanol fuel including 4 steps, corn is firstly harvested and stored in a required condition to ensure its original components. The corn, afterwards, undergoes the milling process. At this step, the corn is grounded into power before mixing with water. The corn mixture is cooked for 4 hours before going through the fermentation process.
After cooking, the corn is left to ferment in a required standard for 2 days. After this step, there are two components produced which are liquid and solid product. The liquid which is ethanol remains to go through the purification stage while the solid product is removed. This purifying step ensures that all impurities are eliminated before storing in a specific location. Ultimately, the product is transported to certain places before approaching customers.
