The diagram illustrates the process by which fabric is synthesized from bamboo. Overall, there are nine steps, which can be grouped into three stages: harvesting, preparing, and producing. Notably, various raw materials and specialized equipment are involved in this linear process, with most steps carrying out on a conveyor.
The procedure begins with planting bamboo in spring and gathering it in autumn. This harvest is then loaded into a machine to cut the bamboo into strips. After pressing those strips to make liquid pulp, it delivered into filter machinery. In this stage, the long fibers are separated from liquid, after which raw fibers are soften by water and amine oxide.
In the following stage, soften fibers are transported into spin, where the yarn is generated. This is followed by the weaving phase to manufacture the fabric. Ultimately, the ready fabric is used to make clothes. This process allows people to make clothes from natural material like bamboo.
