Overall, the noodles requires flour as the main material. It is processed into discs and cooked to dry the noodles and stored it into cups with spices and greeneries are added in the end, and seal the package for transportation.
To begin with, flour truck unloads its content to the storage silos. Then, an amount of flour is brought to the manufacturing line, by mixing it with water and oil, and roll it into sheets of dough. These sheets are being moved by a conveyor belt into multiple blades that cut it into strips and turned into noodles discs. To cook the raw materials, noodles are fried and dry to remove excess oil.
After the preparation is done, cooked noodles are then stored in each separate cups where vegetables and spices are added during this process. Lastly, the labels and seals are added to secure the package and ready for transportation.
