The given diagram illustrates the step by step process of how cottons are used to create end product as jeans.
Overall,during the first phase fibres are being harvested whilst after some preprocessing during the second phas these fibres are converted to jeans.
From the very start cottons are collected from the cotton fields. After mixing some chemical and water these plants are plucked and processed using a machine to generate fibre as by products. Which are being washed, bleached and turned in to yarn.
On the 5th step, these yarns are converted in to denims at various textile mills and factories. To make them wearable these denims are post processed by cutting down and sewn with buttons. And eventually jeans are created as an consumer product. Furthermore, these are shipped to USA and Europe respectively. Lastly, we can buy this product through physical vendors or online vendors.
