The diagram illustrates the process in which orange juice is produced. Overall, the process consists of tree main stages, beginning with producing and delivering fresh orange juice to the markets, followed by processing the fresh juice to create concentrated juice and ending with producing restored orange juice which is then sold to the shops.
At the first stage, fresh oranges are transported to a factory, where the raw product are washed and extracted, excess solid waste is extracted, which is used as animal feed. At this point in the process the fresh juice is packaged and transported to the supermarkets for sale.
Once delivering ready product to the shops, fresh juice also delivered into refrigerated trucks for evaporation facility. Evaporation is carried out in a separate room, then the water is removed and concentrated orange juice is obtained, which is subsequently preserved and stored in a warehouse.
In the final stage, the orange concentrate is processed in the third stage, where it mixed with water to produce reconstituted orange juice. The finished drink is packaged and transported back to supermarkets for distribution.
