The graph illustrates the process of manufacturing orange juice.
In general, this process includes 16 steps, beginning with the collection of fresh oranges and culminating in selling the product in shops.
In the first half of the process, oranges are collected into trucks and delivered to a factory. In the next step, these fruits are washed by specialized equipment. Then, the juice is extracted from the oranges by a squeezing machine. During this stage, solid waste, peels, and seeds are collected to feed animals. After that, the fresh orange juice is either packaged and sold in shops or stored in a refrigerated truck before being evaporated.
Regarding the evaporation process, water is boiled off until concentrated juice is left and stored in cans. In the next stage, these cans are transported by trucks to a warehouse. Finally, the juice is delivered to another factory, where water is reintroduced to produce the final orange juice. In the last step, this reconstituted juice is then packaged and distributed to shops, where it is displayed and sold to customers.
