Overall, this is a man-made process consisting of 7 steps, starting with checking potato quality and ending with packing the potato chips.
First of all, the laborers sift each potato to ensure its quality. Secondly, qualified potatoes are moved to a washer machine to wash them in cold water and remove any mud. After the potatoes are cleaned, they are then sent to a peeling machine to remove their skins, and the potato peels and starch are discarded. Afterwards, the potatoes are placed on the bucket conveyor and then enter the slicer machine to be cut into slices.
Before the potato slices enter the deep fryer to be fried, they are first placed on the flatbed conveyor to be dried. After frying, the potato chips are seasoned and placed on the flat belt conveyor to proceed with the packaging process. The packaging process is divided into two methods: bag packing and bulk can filling.
