The given flow chart demonstrates the way ceramic pots are produced. Overall, there are several steps in the process, beginning with the exploitation of unhandled materials and culminating in finished products.
The process begins with exploiting raw materials which are then transferred to the factory by trucks for further steps. After being sent to the mills, the materials are put in a grinder to be crushed into powder. Once being finely ground, the powder is combined with water in a mixing machine before being piped into molds which shape the mixture into pots. These molds are left to dry for around 4 to 6 hours. Subsequently, the dried clay pots are taken out from the molds and are ready for next stages.
The following phase of the process is that the clay pots are put into an oven and are baked under 1000 degrees celsius to remove remaining water molecules. After being heated, these pots are colored and put into the oven one more time. They are fired again to become more durable and ready for future consumption.
