The illustration depicts the process of producing ceramic pots in the industrial field. Overall, the process involves three key stages: raw materials collection, processing and shaping them into pots, and heating and colouring to get the completed products.
In the initial stage, raw materials are excavated from the ground and delivered to the processing plant for further treatments. In the factory, these collected materials are crushed into smaller particles before water is added and mixed thoroughly. Once a homogenized mixture, which is clay, has been obtained, it undergoes the shaping process using moulds.
In the subsequent step, the clay in moulds is held for four to six hours until it is dry enough, preparing them for the next stage. Afterward, the resulting products are fired at 1000 degrees celsius in an oven to harden them before painting. Finally, the coloured pots are put in the kiln once again, waiting for the paint cover to dry to get the finished pots, ready for distribution and sales.
