Overall, in the present day, this territory has improved by adding a lot of facilities and bridges, while in 1965 it had only a few houses, a forest and a ferry near the river.
Initially, there was only one road and no bridges. Over time, the area has been developed significantly. A forest was located on the northwest side and a few houses were across the river. Nowadays, they have replaced the forest with a car park and built more houses, apartments and also added a car park. Furthermore, a small path from the main road leads to the parking spot.
The ferry was removed, and two bridges were constructed (road and foot). There are a couple of houses between the road bridge. Moreover, a third car park has been added in the southern part of the area, whereas in 1965, no parking facilities were available.
