The picture depicts the process of producing sugar crystals from sugar plant.
We can see that manufacturing process of sugar contains seven various steps which includes growing, harvesting, crushing and other steps. The procedure of making sweet crystals begins by growing canes, which requires 12-18 months, and the whole process finishes by drying and cooling sugar.
At the starting point, grown plants are harvested by two different ways, either manually, or by special vehicles. Next, harvested canes are crushed into juice in crushing machine, and then this liquid of sugar purified, by filtering in limestone.
The following step involves heating evaporator, in which filtered juice is become syrup. The main point of whole process of manufacturing sugar is sixth step, when sweet crystals is separated from syrup in the centrifuge. Finally, collected sugar crystals is dried and cooled, after which the product could be packed and delivered to the market.
