The picture describes the production process of bricks for the construction section.
From an overall perspective, the brick manufacturing process consists of seven primary stages, commencing with clay excavation and culminating with the delivery of the bricks to the customers.
The first step is when an excavator digs the clay. Subsequently, it undergoes a process in which it passes through a metal grid before transferring to a roller in order to mix with sand and water. The next stage is being formed into rectangular prism shape either through molding or wire cutting. After that, they are being dehydrated by a drying oven for a period of 24 to 48 hours.
In the subsequent steps, the bricks undergo firing in a kiln, first at moderate temperatures ranging from 200°C to 980°C and then at high temperatures between 870°C and 1300°C. The bricks are then cooled for 48 to 72 hours, after which they are packaged and shipped to consumers.
