It is clear that the process of canning fish consists of 15 different stages and a variety of tools and instruments, from catching fish to the final dispatch to supermarket for sale.
At the first stage,the fish are caught and then frozen and stored in the next step.then they are unloaded and weighed before being thawed. After thawing they are cut into pieces and then are steam cooked. After cooking these are cooled and filleted or cut into small pieces.then these pieces are canne. Brine,waters or oil are added in the can.
In the next step,the cans are sealed and then heated for sterilization.Then stamping or labeling of the can is done before storing then for final dispatch to supermarket for sale. The canning fish is a lengthy and tedious process involving many sale.
