Overall, there are mainly 6 stages in the process, including 3 steps for growing and preparing pineapples process and 3 steps for making pineapple products. Notably, the growing process usually take around one year to complete, and these pineapples become juice, canned pineapple or use to export.
In the growing process, pineapple crowns are planted under the temperature of 23-30 degrees, this stage often takes 7 months until these crowns grow up to 26cm. To the next stage, there is a five-month period and these pineapples are watered ethylene in order to grow up quickly. Eventually, completed pineapples, usually in size of 30cm and 2kg, are transformed to the next process called preparing and producing.
Turning to preparing pineapples and pineapple products, there are 3 different kinds of pineapples products such as juice, canned pineapple and exported pineapple. In terms of juice, the completed pineapples will be cleaned an peeled before going to an extrator to make fresh juice. Similarly to canned pineapples, the final pineapples are also cleaned, peeled and cut into small pieces. After that, they go through a process of making canned pineapples. Going to the exported pineapples, these fresh pineapples are simply cleaned and packed into the boxes, then ships deliver them to other countries.
