The diagram gives information about how bricks are manufactured. Overall, it is evident that, there 9 stages in the process, beginning with raw material transportation and concluding with prepared for distribution.
The initial stage of the process begins with delivering the raw material to the factory and then these materials are cleaned and sorted by cleaning machine, after which they are undergone through crushed powder. Subsequently, these crushed materials are combined with water, which are shaped into bricks then.
Also, after mixing these bricks materials and dried in special machines for 24-48 hours, next stage is that these roasted materials are heated in kiln at around 1300 degrees. At the end of the manufacture, this ready material are cooled to 48-72 hours. Finally, the brick materials are packed for sale.
