The chart presents information on the steps of making bricks which are followed by the construction industry.
In general, the process of making bricks is really straightforward and without complex and time-consuming steps. It starts with processing the raw materials, followed by heating, and finished with cooling and delivering.
To begin with, raw materials are delivered to the manufacturing site and go through the sorting and cleaning process. Subsequently, materials are crushed into powder and mixed with water, then poured into the brick models before being sent into the oven.
After that, all of the unheated bricks dried in ovens for one to two days, heating at 200 to 1300 degrees. In the end, bricks are taken out and cooled down for 48 to 72 hours before packaging.
